Create and import customer records
You will need customer data to begin with and customers can be added to sBizzl in multiple ways. You can manually create or import them in bulk from other systems via Excel/CSV files. You can import records from Excel/CSV and map columns to the relevant sBizzl columns.
Setup your project pipelines and workflow
Before you can start managing projects, it's important to set up your project pipeline. Think of your pipeline as a roadmap for your projects, showing the different stages (like "In design" or "Under inspection") they progress through on their way to becoming finished projects. By configuring your pipeline first, you'll be ready to accurately track and manage your projects within sBizzl.
Optionally you can add pipeline automation on top of it as well, which will help you auto-populate tasks along the way as you progress through the project pipeline.
Add your employees/contractors/third-party contractors to assign project tasks
Whether you have a dedicated sales force or manage projects solo, sBizzl makes collaboration effortless. Add team members to the employee management section and assign projects or tasks directly within projects. For external contractors, simply add them to the vendor section and grant them the necessary permissions to keep your projects on track.
Configure products and services
To track and manage your project-related costs you need to configure products in advance. By pre-configuring products, you can easily issue them from inventory to specific projects, record purchases tied to those projects, and even link any vendor credits you have. This comprehensive approach gives you a clear picture of exactly what your projects are costing.
Autogenerated project code configuration
sBizzl automatically assigns a unique code to each project you create, making it easy to quickly identify and reference them. The beauty of sBizzl is that you can even customize this project code format to perfectly match your needs.
