Planner

The Planner is a powerful tool designed to help you organize and manage your tasks with ease. With intuitive navigation, you can easily switch between different calendar views, allowing you to plan your tasks by day, week, or month. The task visibility feature lets you toggle between showing or hiding completed tasks, ensuring you stay focused on what's ahead.

Adding new tasks is simple and straightforward, with the ability to specify details such as due dates, assignee, schedules, reminders, etc. You can also schedule unscheduled tasks directly from the planner, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The planner also offers advanced filtering options, allowing you to view tasks based on assignee, and task types. Plus, with integrated weather information, you can stay informed about upcoming conditions and plan your activities accordingly.

• Navigate to Planner
• Use the arrows around the current date/view to move to recent dates in the past or future.

• Toggle the Show Completed switch to display or hide completed tasks in the calendar..

• Click the Add button to create a new task.

• Click on the Today icon to return to today's date.
• Click on the month, week, or day icon to switch the calendar view.

• The Unscheduled Task icon opens the unscheduled task list on the right sidebar. From there, you can schedule unscheduled tasks. Click here to know about how to schedule unscheduled tasks.
• The Filter button opens a sidebar on the right, allowing you to filter tasks based on assignee and task types. You can also save filters for future use.
• In the week and day view, located at the top left corner of the calendar, you'll find options to adjust the timezone, change the size of time slots, and a Reset button to restore the tile slots size to default.

• In the week view, you can find weather information beside the date header if it's configured in settings. Currently, weather information only supports US addresses. Click here to learn how to configure weather information on the planner.
• You'll be able to view a 7-day weather forecast as well as weather history starting from the configuration date.
• You'll notice a weather icon for past days, while for future days, you'll see the high/low temperature and precipitation.
• To view detailed weather information for the day, simply click on the weather icon or weather information displayed on the planner.

• There are two options to add a task:
• Click an empty slot.
• At the top right, click Add.
• Enter your task details (Click here to know more about task detail form)
• Click Save.

• Click the task you want to change
• Change the task info (Click here to know more about task detail form)
• Click Save

You can also adjust task timings by dragging tasks from one time slot to another, or resizing them directly on the calendar interface.

• Click the task you want to delete
• Beside close icon, click on Delete icon
