Payroll configuration

sBizzl provides robust payroll configuration capabilities, enabling users to define the payroll week and cycle. Additionally, the platform allows customization of email notifications, including specifying recipients for TO, CC, and BCC, streamlining payroll management processes.

• Click on “ ⚙️ “ icon on upper right corner.
• Now open the drawer and navigate to Company > Payroll.
• Below is the payroll configuration modal display.

• The Payroll week field allows users to define the specific week that aligns with their company's payroll processing cycle.
• The Payroll cycle field enables users to set the frequency at which payroll is processed, such as weekly, bi-weekly.
• The Email to field allows users to specify the primary recipient for payroll-related emails, typically the payroll department or responsible individual.
• The Email cc field is used to add additional recipients who will receive a copy of the payroll-related emails for reference or transparency.
• The Email bcc field allows you to include recipients who will receive a blind copy of the payroll-related emails, ensuring privacy and discretion.
• The Save button stores or saves all the entered values in the respective fields for future reference or use.
• The Clear button is used to reset or clear all the entered values in the respective fields.
