Set up company profile

sBizzl empowers companies to create a comprehensive profile featuring a company photo, address, and details of multiple locations.

Create company profile

  • Click on “ ⚙️ “ icon on upper right corner.
  • Now open the drawer and navigate to Company > Profile.
  • Below is the company profile modal display.
  • Users can upload company images click on Upload Image, which are then displayed on the profile. This enhances visual representation and brand identity.
  • The address section includes the main company address and additional locations. The main address is established during the company account creation.

Add address

  • Click on Add Address in the upper right corner and open the add address modal as shown below.
  • As users begin typing in the address field, the system automatically searches and displays relevant addresses in a list format.
  • The Address type field allows users to input specific location names, ensuring accurate identification and organization of different addresses.
  • The address modal includes fields for street 1, street 2, zip code, city, state, and country. This comprehensive layout ensures accurate address entry and organization.
  • When users click on an address from the list, it automatically set relevant fields such as street 1, street 2, zip code, city, state, and country, streamlining data entry.

  • After making the necessary adjustments, click on Save button to update the address list.

Edit address

  • Navigate to the address section within the Company Profile.
  • Simply click on the  🖊️ icon in upper right corner in address card as shown below.
  • Edit the address details such as address type, street 1, street 2, city, zipcode, state, country as required.
  • After making the necessary adjustments, save the changes to update the address list.

Delete address

  • The main address of the company is preserved and cannot be deleted as it is created during the company's inception, ensuring essential contact information remains intact.
  • Administrators have the capability to modify the company's main address, facilitating updates and ensuring accuracy in contact information for effective communication and representation.
  • Administrators have the authority to delete additional addresses associated with the company.
  • Navigate to the address section within the Company Profile.
  • Simply click on the 🗑(Delete) icon in upper right corner in address card as shown below.

Confirm the deletion to remove the address record.

Show weather information on planner

Displaying weather information for a company's specific address with real-time updates, enhancing planning and safety measures. This feature ensures better preparedness for weather-related events, optimizing operations and promoting a safer work environment.

  • Navigate to the address section within the Company Profile.
  • Display the weather information on planner section as shown below.
  • The default setting for showing weather information on the planner is off. When users enable this setting, the switch turns on and automatically enable address filed
  • Administrator can select a specific address from the list of available options for a particular location.
  • After selecting particular address, click on Save button to show weather information.
  • Weather information show on Planner like below.
